Chardonnay Pinot Noir
This lively Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot shows bright citrus aromas, with some yeasty complexity. This is a beautifully balanced fizz with a long clean finish.

This Riesling offers pronounced aromas of sweet citrus blossom and lime. The palate is fresh and crisp, combining a dash of lychee with lovely, complex green citrus notes.

This Gewürztraminer (pronounced ‘guh-voorts-truh-mee-ner’) entices with lychees, musk and rose petal aromas, leading to a rich, silky palate. It pairs beautifully with lightly spiced aromatic dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc
This lively, zesty Sauvignon Blanc offers refreshing tropical fruit aromas, with a finely balanced palate leading to a crisp, refreshing finish. Best enjoyed when served cool.

Chardonnay
This Chardonnay speaks of its home, with a remarkable grassy aroma together with more typical ‘peachy’ characters. Maturation in French oak puncheons and fermentation using wild yeast adds layers of complexity to both aroma and palate.

This distinctively regional Pinot Noir offers rich aromas of violets, plum and spice; a well-structured wine with excellent length of flavour. Notes of morello cherry feature on the palate.

This wine offers classic Merlot fruit cake aromas with hints of spicy oak. Look for liquor cherry flavours. This is a deliciously big and rich Merlot.

This Shiraz offers aromas of spicy black pepper and red berries. A dash of Viognier brings a floral lift to the rich palate and silky tannins.
